My family is my greatest accomplishment! They are my reason for working hard every day of my life. They inspire me to be my best (and safest) self.
For two years I woke up each morning at 4:30 A.M. and worked on my MBA for a couple of hours before heading into work. This was a hard earned accomplishment that shows my ability to focus and achieve in very difficult circumstances.
Achieving my CSP demonstrates my breadth of knowledge as a Safety Director for over 10+ years.
I have taken way too many hours of safety and health training to count, including the OSHA 30-Hour Certification course.
I have years of experience instructing students, both online and in-person. My experience ranges from a classroom of 30 students to an event center filled with hundreds of people.
I have a natural ability to organize information, processes, and people to provide better structure and clarity to any organization.
Over the course of my schooling and career I have written thousands of pages, including essays, policies, processes, procedures, work instructions, and surveys.
I played golf at Weber State University. While there, I won the Utah Open, was ranked 39th in the country, and set two course records on Salt Lake Valley golf courses. At the end of my college career, I received the Weber State Career Athlete Award, which was given to the athlete who achieved the most during their time at Weber State. In addition to my golf achievements, I also was given the All-American Scholar Award, showing my ability to balance multiple activities, stay focused, and stay committed to excellence.
